Golden State Warriors MVP guard Stephen Curry married his wife Ayesha in 2011. Since then they’ve had two beautiful daughters, including their little superstar Riley, who steals the show everywhere she goes. Now Ayesha Curry is taking some time to herself to pursue her own dreams, and Stephen Curry and family are playing support and being inspired by her ambition.
Stephen Curry recently weighed in on his Ayesha’s blossoming career, saying he is happy with how she empowers others through her cooking show.
“It’s been amazing,” he said. “It’s her passion in life. I think she’s inspiring a certain demographic to empower themselves … I try to support her the best way I can.”
In May, she announced she was joining the Food Network’s latest list of new shows. The show was first called At Home With Ayesha, but has been changed to Ayesha’s Homemade, and is set to air this fall.
Ayesha Curry’s cookbook, The Seasoned Life: Food, Family, Faith, and the Joy of Eating Well, is due to be released on Sept. 26. In the book, she will share 100 of her favorite recipes.
