GAME. BLOUSES.
Five national championships versus a team that wasn’t even in a Division I conference until nine years ago, and hasn’t made a single appearance in the NCAA tournament.
That was the scene Tuesday night at Allen County War Memorial Coliseum, as unranked Fort Wayne defeated No. 3 Indiana, 71-68, in overtime for the Mastadons’ first-ever win over a ranked team. Fort Wayne was 0-14 against AP Top 25 opponents coming into the game.
