Broadway show ‘Hamilton’s’ softball team is undefeated

Watch: As they celebrate their wins

You want to score a ticket to the smash Broadway hit Hamilton? That’ll be a hard one. The tickets are almost impossible to get. But the show has a softball team that is undefeated so far this season and it’s fairly easy to see them in action at Heckscher Ballfields near Tavern on the Green in New York City.

The team is part of the Broadway Show League and includes casts and other workers of theaters from different shows.

To celebrate, the team did an impromptu version of the song Heart from the musical Damn Yankees, led by Hamilton’s writer and composer Lin-Manuel Miranda.

Hamilton, which has been nominated for a record 16 Tony Awards, is a hip new performance that tells the story of the life of founding father Alexander Hamilton.
